Eggs Benedict
on Garlic Toast

Cole’s Texas Toast

3 egg yolks

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup of melted butter

1 tsp of salt

A pinch of cayenne

6 eggs, poached

6 slices of Canadian bacon


Prepare Cole’s Texas Toast according to packaging instructions. Add Canadian bacon to toast and broil until bacon is heated through.

Blend eggs, lemon juice, melted butter, cayenne pepper, and salt to create hollandaise sauce.

Add eggs to toast and bacon and top with hollandaise sauce. Optionally, garnish with chives and enjoy!
