Remove Cole’s Texas Toast from freezer and allow it to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and carefully slice the toast pieces into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes.

Add the toast cubes to a plastic bag or large bowl along with the oregano and sprinkling of salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Place the seasoned bread cubes evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Place cubes in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 15–20 minutes. Enjoy with a soup, salad, or casserole.
